Artist: Mark Jarman

Mark Jarman's lnovel Salvage King, Ya, was published by Anvil Press in the fall of 1997. His short stories appear in Best Canadian Short Stories 1997, and The 1997 Journey Prize Anthology. He is a graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop and an instructor at the University of Victoria. Mr. Jarman read with three local authors as part of Open Space's effort to showcase indigenous talent.
