Sensual Microscapes was created through a process of layering acrylic paint and wax numerous times to build up the surface of the painting, giving it a visceral organic sensuality. The paint and wax collaborated to create the sensation of internal microscopic landscapes. The question "What is beautiful?" was addressed.
