PROJECTS: Interpretation consisted of three projects that were intended to explore an anthropological sensibility. For the purpose of the exhibition, this sensibility was being defined as, "observing the actions and interactions of elements engaged in the construction of environments"—from the mock city in Tanya Madsen's resilient pinus conus, to the learning environment in Stacia Verigin and Chai Duncan's Cast of Idioms, to the virtual reality that is documented in AVATARA by Donato Mancini, Jeremy Turner, and Flick Harrison (536).
