You are cordially invited to an open call for your own June Wedding. Any marriage configuration will suffice. Pastors, spirit leaders and your favourite town criers will be on hand to give you and your loved — or not so adored — ones away on Saturday June 6, 7:30pm - 1:00am.
Admission to the ceremony, $5. Optional non-binding Marriage Licenses obtained by donation.
Musical entertainment provided by Victoria’s ever popular ballroom swing band extraordinaire, Meatdraw, outer spaceway escorts, The Revolucionary Cyborg Wedding Band, and Victoria’s newest Eastern European rowdies, Bučan Bučan. The evening will be amped up by late night karaoke, photo portraits, and a performance that will invoke the entanglement of romantic love — an eye-popping escape routine by local artist and barista, Ken Gordon.
Seal the deal with your long time sweetheart! Tie the knot with that friend you’ve been crushing on for the past year! (Or marry them both at the same time). Heck, even your pet iguana is couple fodder for this wedding day. If marriage is not in your cards come to the chapel for food, drink and song. The Open Space Chapel is open for business!!
